Shipping Times

We ship orders worldwide.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location and the carrier. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Shipping Options and Rates

All rates are in the store currency shown at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping – 10

  • Express Shipping – 15

The final shipping cost and available options will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

International Orders, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, your local customs office may charge additional duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are your responsibility to pay.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Failure to collect parcels held by the carrier or local post office

If an order is returned to us, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.

Delays Outside Our Control

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, any delays due to weather, customs, strikes or other events outside our control are the responsibility of the carrier. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
