5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers and partners

    • Website hosting, payment processors, fraud prevention tools, email service providers, SMS providers, analytics platforms, advertising networks and logistics/shipping partners – but only to the extent necessary for them to provide services to us

  • Shopify

    • Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the online e commerce platform we use to sell products to you and processes some of your personal information in this role. Shopify’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

  • Professional advisers

    • Lawyers, accountants, auditors or other professional advisers, where reasonably necessary for legal or business purposes

  • Authorities and law enforcement

    • Where we are required or permitted by law to do so, such as to comply with legal obligations, court orders, lawful requests or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others

  • Business transfers

    • In connection with any actual or potential merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or similar corporate transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards

Whenever we share your information with third parties, we require them to handle it securely and in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) to:

  • Keep you signed in to your account

  • Remember items in your cart

  • Analyse how visitors use the website

  • Measure the performance of our marketing and ads

  • Personalise content and improve the Services

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings (for example, by blocking or deleting them). However, if you disable certain cookies, parts of the Services may not function properly (such as the shopping cart).

Some third party tools we use (for example, Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook pixel, advertising networks) may place cookies in your browser and collect or receive information from our site and use that data to provide measurement services and target ads. You can often opt out of such tracking through the settings of those services or via your device and browser settings.

7. Marketing Communications

If you opt in, we may send you marketing emails, SMS or other communications about new products, promotions and offers.

You can opt out of marketing at any time by:

  • Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email

  • Contacting us using the details in Section 14

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non marketing messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates or important notices about your account or the Services.

Because we use Shopify and other third party service providers, your personal information may be stored or processed in countries other than the one where you live.

These countries may have different data protection laws. Where required by law, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection, such as by using standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in countries outside your own.
