Returns & Refunds Policy – Strips

1. Overview

We want you to feel confident trying Strips. If your order is not right for any reason, we’ll do our best to make it right.

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how our 30 day money back guarantee, returns and refunds work when you shop with us.


2. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the date your order is marked as delivered.

You may request a refund if:

  • It is within 30 days of delivery, and

  • You purchased directly from our official Strips online store, and

  • You have used the product as directed and are not satisfied with your experience.

We reserve the right to limit the money back guarantee to one order per customer (including name, address and email) to prevent abuse.

In some cases we may ask for:

  • A brief explanation of your experience (so we can improve), and/or

  • A photo of the product and packaging before processing your refund.


3. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products should be unopened, unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Because Strips products are ingestible/consumable, we may not be able to accept opened items back into stock, but we will assess each request case by case under our money back guarantee.

You are responsible for:

  • The cost of return shipping (unless we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged), and

  • Packaging the product securely so it is not damaged in transit.


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The product and any damage

    • The shipping label

Where appropriate, we will:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or

  • Offer a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.


5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us via the Contact page on our website or email our support team.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Your order number

    • The email address used at checkout

    • A brief description of the issue (change of mind, not satisfied, damaged, wrong item, etc)

    • Photos where relevant

We will review your request and provide instructions. Do not send products back before contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.


6. Refund Method and Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method only.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we issue the refund.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or card statement again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us and include your order number and proof of refund confirmation if available


7. Shipping Costs

Unless your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error:

  • Original shipping charges are non refundable

  • Return shipping costs (if we ask you to return the product) are your responsibility

If we have shipped the wrong item or there is a clear fault with the product, we will cover or credit reasonable return shipping costs, or provide a replacement without requiring a return, at our discretion.


8. Non-Refundable Situations

We may not be able to offer a refund where:

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery

  • We reasonably believe there is abuse of the 30 day money back guarantee

  • The product has been used in a way that is inconsistent with the instructions or clearly negligent

  • The product was not purchased directly from our official Strips online store (in that case, please contact the original retailer)
